Refund Policy for 11 Dates

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on 11 Dates (https://11dates.co.uk), including memberships and event tickets. By using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments for 11 Dates services, including event tickets and memberships, are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined below.

  • No refunds for completed transactions (except where legally required).
  • No refunds due to personal dissatisfaction with matches, event experiences, or member interactions.
  • There will be no refunds if a user is removed for violating the Terms of Service (e.g., misconduct, fraudulent behaviour).
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, including if you choose to cancel before the end of your subscription period.

2. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If 11 Datescancels an event, you will receive either:
    • A rescheduled event invitation OR
    • A credit for a future event (no cash refunds).
  • If you cancel your event booking, no refund will be issued.
  • If you experience technical issues on your side (e.g., internet failure, software problems), 11 Dates will not issue a refund but may offer guidance on resolving issues for future events.

3. Membership Payments & Cancellations

  • All membership subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.
  • Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable, even if you choose not to use your membership.
  • 11 Dates reserves the right to adjust pricing and membership benefits anytime.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • If you have a payment issue, you must contact us first at hello@11dates.co.uk before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks made without prior communication may result in account suspension and loss of access to 11 Dates services.
  • If a chargeback is deemed fraudulent, 11 Dates reserves the right to ban the user permanently and take legal action if necessary.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, including:

  • A duplicate charge was made in error.
  • A user was charged after properly cancelling their membership before renewal.
  • Legal compliance requires a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@11dates.co.uk, including proof of the issue.


6. Contact for Refund Requests

For refund inquiries, email hello@11dates.co.uk with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your name and registered email
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

Refund requests will be reviewed within five business days, and a final decision will be communicated via email.
