By joining 11 Dates, attending an event, or accessing our platform, you agree to the following terms.

We facilitate introductions.
We do not arrange, supervise, or accept responsibility for private dates between members.. Eligibility

• You must be at least 30 years old to use 11 Dates.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
• 11 Dates reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion if any violation of these Terms is found.
• Users must pass verification procedures as required by 11 Dates to prevent fraudulent activity and maintain community safety.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a member, you must:

• Complete identity and face verification
• Agree to our Code of Conduct
• Intend to participate respectfully and sincerely

We may decline or remove access to protect community safety and integrity.

3. Your Role in the Community

Members agree to:

• Treat others with courtesy

• Attend mixers with video on
• Follow host guidance during events
• Participate authentically (no false profiles)

4. Verification

Identity and face verification are required before accessing paid membership or events.

We may request additional verification if:

• A concern is raised
• A profile appears inconsistent
• Safety requires deeper checks
• System checks flag unusual activity

Failing to verify may lead to restricted or removed access.

5. Events & Access

Depending on your membership tier, you may receive access to:

• The private community
• Free mixers
• Invitations to online speed-dating events (pay-per-event unless included)
• Announcements, updates, and new features

Event formats and schedules may be updated or adjusted when necessary.

6. Payment, Renewal & Cancellation

• Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds are not offered for missed events or removal due to behaviour violations.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

7. Member Conduct

Members must not:

• Harass, intimidate, or pressure another member
• Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour
• Record or screenshot events
• Share another member’s personal details
• Promote or sell products/services
• Create duplicate, misleading, or fake profiles

Breaching these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal, without refund.

8. Messaging & Contact

Messaging becomes available only after attending two mixers.

We encourage early conversation to remain within the platform for safety and comfort.

Once two adults choose to communicate privately outside 11 Dates:

• It is at their own discretion
• It is their sole responsibility
• 11 Dates has no involvement or liability

We do not monitor or moderate external communication.

9. Safety & Personal Responsibility

We maintain a safe environment through verification, moderation, and clear guidelines. However, members remain responsible for:

• Their interactions
• Their decisions to meet privately
• Their behaviour before, during, and after events
• Their personal safety online and offline

11 Dates is not liable for:

• The actions or behaviour of other members
• Any outcomes of conversations, connections, or dates
• Harm resulting from private meetings or private communication

We offer connection, not supervision.

10. Platform Use

Members agree not to misuse the platform by:

• Attempting to access others’ accounts
• Uploading harmful, explicit, or offensive content
• Interfering with events
• Circumventing verification
• Trying to obtain private data improperly

We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.

11. Technical Limitations

While we take care to deliver smooth events and stable access, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Members’ personal WiFi or device faults
• Zoom interruptions
• Third-party service outages

If an event is affected by technical issues on our side, we reserve the right to reschedule.
