All members agree to uphold these standards while using the platform, attending events, and connecting with one another.

2. Behaviour We Expect
To maintain a high-quality experience for every member, we expect:
2.1 Respectful Communication
- Speak to others as you would in person
- Stay courteous during disagreements
- Avoid sarcasm or humour that may land unkindly
2.2 Appropriate Conduct
- No harassment, pressure, or persistent messaging
- No sexual content or explicit requests
- No belittling, name-calling, or judgemental remarks
2.3 Authentic Profiles
- Use real photos
- Use accurate information
- No misleading images or altered identities
2.4 Boundaries
- Accept “no” without persuasion
- Do not chase replies
- Do not pressure anyone to meet or to exchange details
3. Behaviour That Is Not Accepted
To keep the community safe and welcoming, the following behaviours are prohibited:
- Harassment or intimidation
- Unwanted repeated contact
- Sexual content or suggestive messages
- Manipulative or controlling behaviour
- Threats, aggression, or abuse
- Recording or screenshotting events
- Sharing someone’s personal information
- Attempts to contact members outside the platform without consent
- Using the platform to sell, promote, or solicit services
Any of the above may result in immediate removal.
4. Events & Mixers: How to Participate Well
Our online mixers and events are designed to feel comfortable, calm, and elegant.
To help maintain that atmosphere, members agree to:
- Join on time
- Keep video switched on
- Be present and engaged
- Avoid alcohol-related excess during events
- Keep conversations balanced and respectful
- Honour the confidentiality of group discussions
- Follow the host’s guidance
Events are a shared experience — your presence contributes to the overall tone.
5. Messaging Etiquette
Messaging becomes available only after attending two mixers.
Once unlocked, our expectations are:
5.1 Early Conversations
- Keep conversation light, polite, and warm
- Do not pressure someone to meet offline
- Avoid sending multiple messages if someone hasn’t responded
5.2 No Flooding
- One thoughtful message is better than ten rushed ones
5.3 Consent Matters
- If someone is not interested, accept it gracefully
5.4 Respect Privacy
- Do not ask for personal social media or addresses unless willingly offered
6. Safety & Comfort
Your comfort matters, and we take safety seriously.
Members must:
- Report anything that feels inappropriate
- Follow the guidance provided in our Safety Advice
- Respect when someone sets boundaries
- Never share screenshots, conversations, or personal details
You are encouraged to trust your instincts and use the reporting tools whenever needed.
7. Reporting Concerns
If you feel uncomfortable, concerned, or unsure about a member’s behaviour, you can report it through:

Every concern is taken seriously, and we act discreetly and calmly.
8. Consequences & Enforcement
Depending on the situation, actions may include:
- A friendly reminder
- A formal warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal
Serious breaches may result in immediate removal without refund.
We protect the community first.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
We ask all members to honour the private nature of the space:
- No sharing other members’ stories
- No revealing identities
- No saving photos, screenshots, or details
- No sharing private event content
Your discretion creates a safer experience for everyone.
10. When You Leave the Platform
If two adults choose to communicate or meet privately outside 11 Dates:
- It is their personal decision
- They do so at their own discretion
- 11 Dates is not involved, responsible, or liable
Members are encouraged to use the Safety Guidance when making these choices.
