Welcome to 11 Dates. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (https://11dates.co.uk) and online community, including our Zoom-based speed dating events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 30 years old to use 11 Dates.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
11 Dates reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion if any violation of these Terms is found.
Users must pass verification procedures as required by 11 Dates to prevent fraudulent activity and maintain community safety.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

2.1 General Behaviour

To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour.
Fraudulent activity, including impersonation or misrepresentation.
The creation of fake profiles or misleading identities.
Spamming or unauthorized promotions of third-party services.
Sharing private information of other users without consent.
Engaging in illegal activities or violating any applicable laws.

2.2 Participation in Speed Dating Events

Users must act respectfully during all 11 Dates events.
Recording, screenshotting, or sharing event content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Inappropriate behaviour (e.g., offensive language, nudity, misconduct) will result in immediate removal and possible account termination.
Any violation of event guidelines may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the platform.

3. Membership, Fees & Refunds

Some features of 11 Dates require payment, including event access and memberships.
You agree to all pricing and payment policies by subscribing or purchasing event tickets.
Recurring memberships automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for completed transactions except in cases where 11 Dates cancels an event. “For full details on refunds and cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.”
Users may receive event credit but not a cash refund if an event is rescheduled.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting 11 Dates will be considered fraudulent and may lead to account suspension.

4. User Verification & Safety

Users must complete the required identity verification process before attending an event.
11 Dates may request photo ID verification or other security measures to confirm identity.
Any attempt to provide false or misleading information will result in immediate membership termination.
11 Dates does not conduct background checks but takes reasonable steps to verify members to prevent fraud.
Users are responsible for their own safety when interacting with other members.

5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If you have a payment dispute, you must contact us first at hello@11dates.co.uk before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in membership suspension or legal action.
If a chargeback is wrongfully claimed, 11 Dates reserves the right to ban the user permanently from future events.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

11 Dates reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
Users may request to delete their account by emailing hello@11dates.co.uk.
If 11 Dates receives multiple complaints about a user, it may investigate and take action, including permanent removal.
11 Dates has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity, misconduct, or disruptive behaviour.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11 Dates provides a platform for virtual dating events but does not guarantee successful matches, relationships, or personal outcomes.
11 Dates is not responsible for interactions that occur outside our platform.
Users participate in events at their own risk.11 Dates assumes no liability for:
- Any interactions or relationships formed between users.
- Misrepresentation by other participants.
- Any damages, disputes, or losses arising from user behaviour.

8. Reporting Violations

Users can report misconduct or violations by emailing hello@11dates.co.uk.
11 Dates will review complaints and take appropriate action if necessary.

9. Changes to Terms

11 Dates reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
